We are a team with over 17 years of engineering and management experience, committed to understanding and meeting your needs based on our extensive previous experiences.
Our founder and Director, Paul Paisley, has been a professional Mechanical Engineer since 1996, after being admitted to the Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers Australia by the Federal Committee of Management.
Our expertise spans projects ranging from $3 million to $400 million in complexity. We are dedicated to your project and available for contact at any time, even during Sunday breakfast.
No project is ever truly simple; every detail matters, and if not managed properly, can become a liability.
Although based in Melbourne, Australia, we are willing to travel interstate, remotely, or overseas. We hold or can obtain GSDU, MSIC, and ASIC clearances necessary to access gold mines, ports, and airports.

Paul is site safety savvy and has vast qualifications and tickets such as Senior 1st aid, defibrillator & CPR, MARCST, Red Card, High Risk LF(fork), WP(boom), with WAH, Confined space tickets, MSIC, Port Hedland Port Authority Access, ASIC security clearances, & Site 4wd,PPE, laptop with latest software ACAD, Microsoft Project, PDF binder and Full Microsoft suite.
Paul has had experience working on mine sites and is fully RTIO inducted, airports, ports, smelters, and also production environments, and worked in (Remote) China (with Sandvik Mining overseeing Fabrication of Mining Equipment).
